She's listed as R&B, not Pop (the graph is pretty self explanatory, they even put colors in all the "bubbles") and as you can also probably see, there are lots of artists that belong to certain genre and still have a good "grade", for example Jazz & Norah Jones, Hip Hop & Outkast, etc.

And BTW, Linkin Park has a pretty good grade (way better than the highschool reject Beyonce)

Here's what you're not getting. Pop is near Beyonce. So if you're dragging her, you're dragging all of your pop faves by default. If you're dragging R&B fans for being dumb, once again, you're dragging all of your pop faves by default.
