Check the US iTunes store, you don't need to be an American.
Just go to iTunes Store, scroll to the bottom right corner and click the flag. And change to US.

iTunes store still shows AATB as hte #1 song (I'm sure it's the US store. Malaysian store has "Rude" as our top song like

You're using US openVPN? ATRL is working fine for me but it takes a few seconds longer to load the page when I'm using openVPN
