ARTPOP "ended" out of nowhere, right? The other eras had some kind of closure and I didn't feel it this time.
She (and her dancers) has been talking a lot about Gypsy, I hope this is a sign. The song has a lot of potential.
Plus she specifically said the ARTPOP era wasn't over, and that C2C was a part of the ARTPOP era. I think Gypsy still has a chance. Perhaps they're just waiting for the timing to be right

Apparently there is a song on ARTPOP that she really wants to do a video for and she has already started get some footage for it. Everyone is sure that it's Gypsy with a tour video if it actually ends up getting released.

The Cheek to Cheek tour won't last long, maybe like 3 months at most. I can't imagine Gaga sitting on her ass for 9 months. (or maybe I can )
She said the tour won't even be a tour. They're planning on doing like Radio City Musical Hall for two weeks, and then a two week residency in Vegas, stuff like that, probably scattered throughout winter/spring to accommodate her and Tony's schedules.
Oh, don't get your hopes up for a video, though. She doesn't have anyone following her around filming, meaning if she is filming then it's some random person. As of right now, Natali's boyfriend Alex has been taking her pictures.
