It's not his fault BJ flopped. S&S was amazing. And it's not his fault Britney decided to not promote, leaving him with a half assed project where high profile producers pulled out.

Yeah, the will.i.am produced songs aren't bad. I love Perfume's production and ISBE is underrated. HOWEVER, no one appreciated him bringing in his other collaborators like Anthony Preston, Giorgio Tuinfort, Freshm3n III who literally were all mediocre and added SO much mediocrity to the album.
For example, we all agree that there was one messy thing about Britney Jean - vocal production. The two main credited vocal producers: will.i.am & Anthony Preston. There's also Christopher Braide but he only did Perfume (how much you wanna bet the good vocals on that song were a result of HIS vocal production and not that of will.i.am/Preston? After all, listen to the original version of Perfume and it's the same vocals. will.i.am just did the mainstream/radio-friendly instrumental that ended up being the single and album cut).
So yeah. I'll risk not having will.i.am if it means we don't need his group of ******** collaborators. And THAT was his fault.
Perhaps it made them realize something, lol.
