That fact that she said she won't attend country events or award shows, the ones who rewarded for years, is quite the departure. They won't appreciate it.
I like that she's taking this "risk" though (risk in quotes because her pop music tends to appeal to the masses and not be super experimental). Nonetheless, it's bold.
