Um. It was originally supposed to be released July 2013. The first time it got pushed back is because....like I said...he got in trouble when he got into that Hit & Run and had to go to court (with possible jail time becuase it violated is probation)

In July 2013, Brown's probation was revoked after he was involved in an alleged hit-and-run in Los Angeles. He was released from court and was scheduled to re-appear
