That could be found in almost every iTunes music purchase you've ever made.

Apple is far more superior in music business and that reflects to their devices. I will stick with the best music experience thanks to Apple.

But let's be honest, do you even hear a difference between a 320kb song and a "m4a" one ? You're acting like it's some type of Flac - mp3 difference, and even that is only noticeable with the right audio equipment...

Well the Z3 is still an option for you, especially if you're coming from an iPhone and like the remote play feature. I was just explaining my point of view.

There's also the HTC One and the LG G3. It just depends of what exactly you're looking for.

Do I sound like I am using earbuds? I don't compare flac to mp3 as that is too subjective like you mentioned. But I hear the difference between mp3 and Mastered for iTunes m4a files when I listen to them on my iPod. Most of the newly released music is mastered for iTunes now. Born This Way for instance, sounds a lot better now that I am able to listen to it in new mastered form.

No for sure, I just realized that I wouldn't want to purchase a phone with last year's processor. I want that new new! That remote play is definitely a big deal tho, cuz I don't have 3G activated on my Vita cuz I rarely carry it out of my house anyway. So I might still consider it.

I basically want the best phone money can buy rn, with a sick, fresh, design.

The HTC M8 would be a contender, except I'm not about that rounded back design. The G3 as well, but idk a lot of LG phones look cheap to me. I guess the G3 doesn't with that brushed steel look but still, idk. Something about it gives me middle aged business woman vibes. & I don't want that from my phone!

I'm so torn, cuz a lot of the phones with designs I actually like are mid tier phones. I deserve flagship! I can't settle for something less than just cuz of some dope design, you know?

There's a music player called PowerAmp on android. It costs 5 dollars and let you play all formats out there, including m4a with no quality loss. I doubt that 5$ is an issue if you can afford that kind of phones

Anyway, keep in mind that what's important to you isn't for everyone.
There are other things to take into consideration, like screen, camera. Audio is just one of them.

I know it uses sapphire glass. Yes it's very resistant but it ain't diamond. You'll still get scratches, especially if the lens is coming out like in the leaked video.

I like the Galaxy Gear S with its Super amOLED and bent display. Like you I'll wait for the iWatch first, but even then both are just gadgets for now.
