After a week where "Dawn of the Planet of the Apes" claimed the top spot thanks to a boffo opening in China, Scarlett Johansson and Luc Besson regained the overseas box office crown by obliterating the competition to the tune of $25.5 million. While domestic box office was down heaps and gobs, business overseas was actually up almost 20% and "Lucy" will get the benefit of opening mega-territories China and Russia this coming weekend. Watch that overall cume rise through the roof.
