I'd agree with her possibly not gathering that controlling everything isn't working...but I do feel she'd have to be a complete moron to not see that they were complacent and cocky with ARTPOP's music.

The thing is, though, that she's never tried to control every aspect of her career, just the creative aspect, such as music and visuals, and even then her producers, directors, photographers have all said how incredibly collaborative she is. I don't think ARTPOP's mishaps are in any way indicative of how she operates because it was just one big cluster****.

That song is a biT too lifeless for me. Her voice is so droll and monotone, not really here for it.
