What about people like Janis Ian and Kelly Clarkson and other big names that have supported her publicly? Sure a personal note is fine but sometimes people need and want to be acknowledged publicly when they've done so for you. Otherwise its like they tried to high-five you and you didnt connect. I'm sure Taylor thanked them personally. Sometimes it's best not to acknowledge all your accolades from others on social media. It can come off rather pretentious. But, I do recall she did post Kelly's tweet about how much she loved SIO. Also, she thanked radio for their support after SIO reached #1.
Remember Taylor gets hate just from posting pics of her and her celebrity friends. Not that she should care.
As far as I'm concern, the only folks she needs to thank on Social Media are the fans. Everyone else she can thanked personally via phone, text, or a handwritten note..
