Aaliyah's singles have a lot of lower chart positions because they were never released physically, too. Outside her debut era, the only time she had a single released physically in US was 'If Your Girl Only Knew' & 'The One I Gave My Heart To' (the latter recharted on Single Sales following her death).

After her death 'Miss You' was the only single released physically in US, and single sales were dead by then.

The worst cases were 'Try Again' which was #1 9 weeks on Airplay, and only went #1 on Hot 100 for 1 week due to just airplay. 'Are You That Somebody?' also would've went #1 w/ sales too, Billboard said at it's peak airplay it would've been #4 on H100 on just Airplay alone if radio only singles were allowed to chart during it's peak.
