There's another file called TS4.par (I think), rename that one.

Lack of graphics??? Are you playing on Ultra Settings? The Sims 4 graphics are amazing.

Although the Art Style for the Worlds isn't as good.

The world is too empty, imo. Too few residential lots, too few community lots and all the places to visit don't have much to do. I just stick with keeping my Sims home or visiting friends now.

Tbh... I'm hoping The Sims 4 is the last of the series. It's a constant cycle of the same thing. Base game at full price and then the same theme of EP's again and again. The Sims isn't really the type of game that needs constant sequels. The franchise hasn't really made significant jumps since The Sims 2.
