We'll see how this goes. Repackages almost never do well these days. I just hope the Ellie single isn't the first single. She should really put something solo out.
Ellie was a smart choice. I'm sure they will be a couple other collaborations, but I can see them pushing the Ellie track overseas as the first single (and probably here too) in addition to the re-release since Ellie is huge in the UK.
this may be a disaster because repackages never sell good unless your katy perry.
Or unless you broke through/blew up big time shortly AFTER your album came out and this may make people aware that her hits are from an album that is already out. AND, if the lead single is good enough, she might as well en up going platinum after all
YESSS. I've been dying to hear something new from Ellie so her + Iggy will be amazing. that & this will give Iggy something new to promote and they could both get another huge hit out of this. i'm excited.
