Well I'd personally consider it Country-Pop Mainly because when I first listened to it I'd heard basically no pop other than Lady Gaga and Britney Spears, etc. It still sounds more Country to me but I get why some wouldn't agree now that I've heard more Country/Pop. I just tend to consider "pop" her Max Martin stuff.
But since people have been calling her music "Pop" since as far back as Speak Now, I definitely can see country-influenced songs on the album even though it's classified as "Pop.

I started stanning for Taylor during Speak Now. I wasnt a huge fan during her debut and Fearless era. Now that she's going full on pop, I am stanning hard

I know I have a friend who basically couldn't like Speak Now/Red cause she was way too country for him
Though SIO has kinda converted him into a stan, and he's giving everything another chance
Oh, i consider Speak Now as a pop-rock album with 2-3 country(pop) songs.. Red is hared to classify because there are country songs like Begin Again, pop-rock ones like State Of Grace and The Last Time, pop songs like MM ones and Starlight, indie-pop like Holy Ground and The Lucky One.. Too much genres
Well, for me Speak Now is not the typical country album because it has too much pop sounding songs (TSOU, BTR, Haunter, Long Live) while the rest of the songs (except Mean) is a mixture of country and pop. So for me Speak Now is 40% country, 50% pop and 10% rock.
Red, on the other hand, is so pop to be a country album
Only Begin Again is its straight country song, followed by Red, Stay Stay Stay. Even All Too Well sounded more soft rock than country. The rest are pop and rock songs.
