I tend to disagree. If you view Twitters top 100 twitter accounts Taylor is increasing at a rate far more than the others but tweets and follows far less.

The girls has tweeted 2000+/Posted 300+ videos/photos in 6 years. I'm sure if they handled her twitter account they would've deleted those who've died.. Like Ebert/Corey.

I think she's the one tweeting on her account. She knows she has to promote stuff it's normal to do so.
But if she isn't the one tweeting anymore I don't think it's that big of a deal, her account isn't flooded with promotion and there are still funny tweets

I don't think all 16 songs will be upbeat but I think that's the direction she wanted to take so even the slower songs won't be that slow.
