Charli XCX is the one of the girls you can see this year in top of almost every chart, and for The Mirror she discovers who is her biggest inspiration.
The ‘Boom Clap‘ hitmaker – who recently announced the release of her second studio album ‘Sucker‘ to be released in October this year – has admitted listening to the pop princess’ track ‘Baby One More Time’ as a youngster encouraged her to pursue a career as a singer/songwriter.
She told The Mirror newspaper: ”My inspiration was Britney. I remember hearing Baby One More Time and it blew my mind.”
Just a reminder, Charli XCX wrote several tracks for Britney Jean album, but non of the made the final cut.

I seriously HATE Trouble For Me, it's so bland and uninspired. The only thing stopping it from going into Stomach Ache territory is the fact that at least Britney sings it.

Oh damn, I didn't actually think Britney would address and actually admit her boyfriend cheating on her.
I admire her. She dumped him and didn't look back. She did the same with Kevin and Jason. She isn't one to linger in a bad relationship. You can tell her priority lies in her kids and that any guy she dates will always be second place to them (rightfully so). People and fans can say she can't handle being lonely so that's why she jumps from guy to guy really quickly after a breakup, but at least she doesn't cling to the same guy when she knows it's over.

Literally, they asked her about it on GMA and all she said was "Breakups suck, man" and she was half-joking. So something tells me she didn't really take that one so seriously and she had been with him for over 2 years...
IDK maybe with Jason she was already disillusioned and had been tired of him since we all agree he was more of a bodyguard/babysitter than a boyfriend. Can't really say that about David. She probably still had dreams/ambitions with him. Even though I think Britney is SO over the whole falling head-over-heels with a guy and loving him forever and blah blah blah, I think she just wants a FAITHFUL companion who she and her kids enjoy spending time with (and good sex). Is that so hard to find?

I mean one of the luckiest people ever and you act like a ****ing idiot and cheat
But we shouldn't be worrying about this anymore for two reasons
1.) Britney seems unbothered, a lot more happy, continues to make Instagram videos
2.) He will always be called that loser who cheated on Britney Spears, a pig, shrek, etc.
