Ok, so look at Zimbabwe. Land owned by white farmers was taken from them, often violently, and redistributed to black people. Their Government then told the banks that they had to give money to the blacks who had been given land, as they hadn't been willing to before as they didn't have the title to the land and therefore couldn't put it up as collateral. The White farmers weren't given any compensation for having their land seized from them. The land was 'nationalised' by the Government with an amendment so that people couldn't launch legal challenges. The South African Development Community Tribunal found that the Zimbabwe Government had been engaging in racial discrimination against white farmers whose lands had been confiscated and that compensation should be paid, and the Zimbabwe Government ignored this and pulled out of the South African Development Community.
Does this not constitute racism to you?
