I(we) don't know zilch about the albums direction really just that the lead single comes october most likely at the end

The opposite , its what Adele Addict pointed out as being the irony of the song and what they were alluding to without saying. Its like they're saying we're going to see her (soon) after all this wait , isn't it ?

I only hear some of SFTTR in the chorus which is a bit similar to the drum parts in the beginning of SFTTR

We don't know for sure...She just said years ago that she was going to write and produce it.She wanted something raw and acoustic.
We also heard stuff like "New,country,bluegrass,Van Morrison,happy,Better than ever".
But still...

Welcome!  Everyone pretty much told you what we know so far. I'm pretty sure that Adele will stick to her usual musical stylings although she'll expand on them and experiment with some more stuff a little bit. She's working with Ryan Tedder, Diane Warren, Phil Collins, and Paul Epworth. Kid Harpoon is a possible collaborator, too, and there's also a rumor that she is finally recording with Beyoncé because they were spotted in the same studio on the same day, although that has yet to be confirmed. We're expecting at least a new single by the end of this year (supposedly October) and a new album should be out by January 2015.

Thank you! That sounds like amazing. I mean the bluegrass and Van Morrison, not the usual "better than ever" crap talk. I would love some happy album, I just hope she chooses who's she working with well. Producers can ruin records so easily.

I hope it's a global tour. She better do a descent size venue cause everyone and their mama's and their mama's mama's/Dad's will want a ticket. I don't want to have to drop an old lady for tickets. The price better be reasonable so my broke college ass can afford it.
