There's no way it's a remix of TIHWD because Dr. Luke didn't even produce that song, so why would he care.

You're all mentioning things that it would be hard to believe as to why Dr. Luke, Circuit and Jmike (co-produced Super Bass) would have anything to do with it. Why would Luke and his producing partners know about it unless they were involved?
The TIHWD remix wouldn't make any sense, why would he talk about Nicki blowing up the internet instead of the lead artist? That's so shady, Luke wouldn't do that to one of his main artists.
