Bey and Gaga can't do that. The only person who I could see is RiRi, who couldn't do 12m with Unapologetic.

Sales have been going down, which isn't helping her. Plus, both songs got overshadowed by HUGE hits too quickly. Both could have been top 10 hits if they weren't released so fast. Gaga can't even enter the top 100 with some of her songs, meanwhile every song Katy's released in the US has charted
