And no, Tik Tok and WRWR have not outsold Nicki's entire singles discography.

In the US she did, but they sold roughly the same amount globally (if you factor in Warrior K$ gets a slight edge)

And by singles discography do you mean solo/lead or as a featured? It makes a big difference.

And not everyone who divulges about an eating disorder uses it for publicity, she only mentioned it in a mag interview and unlike Demi she left it behind.

Anyway Demi proved that rehab stint publicity is ineffective so I doubt anybody will use it as promo again.
