Why is everybody going hard on Ariana? These are good numbers and opening week's sales mean nothing if the album has longevity. I mean D&H opened with just 55k and at that Bruno had three top 10s and two of them were #1s but D&H kept selling, hit 2xplatinum and has spent 200 weeks on BB Top 200.

Because she's building a strong radio presence. Break Free and Bang Bang are just getting started. Her first album did not have a strong single to drive album sales after The Way.

But she's the hottest singles artist around right now and its still not sparking huge interest in her album. So how is that gonna improve in coming months when she's not gonna have any big singles left to release? Makes no sense.
