What do you mean? Of course it will.
Releasing a new video will get exposure. Even just releasing it to iTunes will get exposure and even if it only sells 100,000 total, that's 100,000 people who are into the song, furthering it's legacy. Granted, a lot are probably already owners of the original but it would not hurt to have it on iTunes.
I kind of like that it isn't though because it shows that she does not care about singles.
