The Good Wife better end in 2 seasons. Better to go on a high note than leave a bitter taste after greatness was achieved.

I think Josh Charles asking to leave gave them great ideas for crazy arcs and the show built and rebuilt itself twice in a single season but there's a limit of story to be told without getting repetitive or crazy like every time they try to give Kalinda a romantic partner.

It's gonna be sad but I'll be so proud...

That thing also makes me furious. Like Ian and Mickey's storyline was so incredibly interesting to me and I basically watched Shameless just for them. UGH I know Mickey was definitely my favorite character in S4 but I guess they had to do something when he called Ian mumbles ugh it killed me in a good way. I suppose they had to do something to keep their storyline going, they were originally why I started watching too

Kalinda hasn't been good since season 3. All her relationships are a mess and she's terrible at being a lesbian.

Ian and Mickey had to be played down because I believe Ian is leaving the show soon to work on other things.

They literally could have their own show, ugh I hate tv sometimes.
