White people can use the n-word in any form they want ('a' or 'er'), in a friendly, jokeful or hateful manner and in the privacy of their homes with their friends/family. It doesn't matter what I think about it because there's nothing I can do about it. I just don't want to see it or hear it and that goes for any race really.
