It's tough to get him like that since he seems to get tweeted all the time, but I know that Tree Paine isn't tweeted as much so maybe try that?
I know she's only her publicist, but I mean.... get the word in, ya know? She favorites a lot of tweets from Swifties too so I'm pretty sure she reads a lot of stuff she's mentioned in. And when you look at how many tweets she gets mentioned in it is nowhere near as much as Scott. Who knows what it may do. But I'm fairly certain they would already have a set date when they'd be thinking of putting it out.
