My reasoning:
This order tells a story and flows generally well together. She meets a boy (Sparks + Mine). He is in love with someone else until she says something (Speak Now). There are critics of her and the relationship because of her speaking up (Mean). Despite this, the relationship continues, with Taylor wanting the good days to last forever (Never Grow Up + Innocent).
Enchanted is the climax of the record, and signifies a shift in tone, specifically in terms of the lyric "please don't be in love with someone else". From here, the relationship starts to crumble, and Taylor begins to doubt the one she's in love with, feeling abandoned (If This Was a Movie). And indeed, he has broken her heart (Dear John + Haunted). Because of these things, she is actually the one who chooses to end the relationship, although she fights urges to go back to it (Back to December + Last Kiss).
Despite heartbreak, the album ends with a note of optimism, Long Live, with Taylor stating she will move on with life and find love.
