I'm not saying she didn't rap in the song, but majority of the song is just her talking the verses with a chorus that isn't even in her voice.
I disagree with it being "Hip-Hop" as a reason for people to not like the song. People don't like the song because so much of it is sampled and majority of the song is just her talking so it sounds bad. The lyrics don't help.
I just really despise that song. Every song by Nicki that I like never ends up being a hit, but the songs that I hate from her are always hits and it's so frustrating

High airplay because of the brand name, but low sales
I think Animals reaching stabalizing in the 30's on iTunes will be good for it though. I just can't see it smashing
