Like most American teen pop acts (NSYNC, BSB and the like) the bulk of Britney's touring success is/was in America... at her peak (2000-2001) she as playing the 6,000 seat arena in Paris. The most she's ever done in Paris is 3 dates at Bercy, and at the last date, large amounts of the arena were unsold and curtained off.

Also, it's not fair to compare her to Beyoncé since none of Britney's Paris numbers have ever been publicly released.
