And I remember people being pressed as hell about WB as #1 and dragged her for only charting high for being naked...yet America still bought her song in droves, and the song obviously doesn't have nudity.

Yes, this song is a big improvement over the material on Golden (Compass is the only song I liked from that album). The chorus is so infectious.
I think their best album so far is Own the Night overall.

Exactly. The fact that Anaconda broke WB's record but can barely sell 25% of what WB sold... Well Wrecking Ball was actually a good song though so it's not that unexpected I guess.

Exactly. Just because the song is doing well on streaming doesn't automatically mean it's gonna shoot to #1 on itunes. It's doing well for what it is, very well. Songs like Anaconda rarely succeed anymore.
