No I really enjoyed it. I thought the meeting between Nessa and Zahid was so powerful but tragic that she feel shes deserved her treatment. The only thing I didn't like was that montage of news reel events set against music. It just felt out of place. The mental prison at the end was so heartbreaking imo. So glad u watched it so I could discuss it with someone. LOL

Yes, that scene with Zahid or her 7-minute long dialogue with Atika were immaculate and very emotional. It's heartbreaking but true - she'll always be the girl blaming herself for what's happened in the past and current even if nothing was actually her fault and even though she's now free she'll always be, as you put it nicely, in a mental prison she can't escape.
For me it also represented that she'll always be somwhat of a chess figure even in the future, Moreso being a represantative figure for what her company for stands rather than actually achieving the wanted impacts (those were the subtle political statements I was talking about).
I also loved how they played around with pacing (the car, etc) so effectively but not annoyingly and made it truly exciting until the last minute.
True but I think the show's going to blow up sooner or later. We'll be the first to have seen it and can say 'I told you so'.
dead @ this novel, sorry
