I've been both overweight and skinny and shaming works both ways. When I was fat, people would stare, laugh and snicker as I walked by, I even had some moron shove a Mars bar in my face and said you'd probably enjoy this more you fatty. Now that I'm thin I get heat from overweight people. Not that long ago I was in doing my groceries and this obese woman walked up and said 'why are you only buying fruit and vegetables? You're thin enough, get some fat on those bones, you look ill' I turned and looked at her trolley which was packed with processed junk and said 'why are you buying all that rubbish, you're fat enough' The look of absolute horror on her face that I dare defend myself. Like bitch, you can't think it's okay to thin shame me but not okay for me to do the same to you. The double standards

People should learn to mind their own business.
