Tbh generally don't really care about minorities using it, it's just white people who can't.
And maybe Asians. Idk. I've never seen an Asian try to say it so I don't know how I feel about it.
But latinos are generally accepted using the term, especially black latinos. I guess if you're brown it's a go.
