Agreed. She just didn't promo it correctly. Switching the single from Venus to DWUW wasn't a horrible idea, but Gaga's ego must have been completely SHOT, especially after she went on that twitter promo rant about "MUSIC NOT DA CHARTS" for DWUW. She was just not having it.

Coulda, shoulda, woulda... she could have did this, she should have done that... It's over with, there's no use in continuing the drama and whining about what should and should not have happened. It did, it didn't, here we are. ARTPOP underperformed and there's nothing we can do or say to change that. We have to accept it.

She should laugh, though, because she has said nothing or even implied anything about the app for months and the era has been done for half a year. Anyone expecting her to use the app still deserves to be laughed at. She's being blasé about it because she's done with it, has made peace with the issue, and has moved on. Why should she continue to beat herself up for something she just couldn't control?

MTE. The ARTPOP era was kind of ill-received from the start and bogged down with so many issues. If nobody is really feeling it it's time to let it go and move on to the next, like...even she seems to know this.

Honestly, Gaga should have known better than to let the ARTPOP era slip away, yeah, things may happen behind the scenes, but you can't create hype for an era the way she did and then drop it at the slight sign of it all failing
