I disagree.

Look at how, after the huge smash of Fearless the album + the singles Love Story/You Belong with Me...we got Mine with a #3 debut after freaking 297k then 176k the following week. That's good proof of country giving 600k? No ma'am.

ETA: This is in response to an apparently deleted post that claimed that if Taylor released a country lead single she would have started with 600k easily.

HDD isn't really the best at predicting digital sales either. Albums are their forté. I would wait for Billboard before any harsh judgments. Taylor is pretty unpredictable.

Yep. And it's getting dark updates and lost 10 percent of the difference with the second song.
