If the lead single is strong, i don't see what's wrong with early/mid-october ?

The problem with TTT and Unapologetic is that they waited too long to release the goddamn album. 1/2 months between lead single and album is so outdated.

If they wanted to switch things up, they could so a September 1/2 release of the lead single and an album release October 6 or 13. I kind of agree with Scherzy, the hype for Rih's lead singles always dies out way before the album comes out. A short and sweet promo run would be interesting and set her apart.

She will perform it for the first time ever at the VMAS on the 24th of August.
Radio premier will follow Monday morning worldwide 25th of August. Will be released in America the same day, the single will be released in the UK on the 1st of September, music video will premier on the 15th of September.

The second single will premier on the 6th of October, and the album will be released on November 10th 2014. Rihanna will perform the third single form the album on XF UK finale. It will be released worldwide in January, she will also announce a tour in February 2015 which will kick off in September 2015 and finish around March 2016.

I still think she should cause a social media frenzy whenever she releases the single. :coffe2: Like that she reaches everyone WW instead of one market.

She could just release a picture of herself holding R8 lead single date or the single cover post those pictures in FB, Twitter and Google+ and also have some type of video that she couls post on IG, Snapchat and Vine.
