She obviously isn't performing. On the commercial it lists her for an appearance but not for a performance. They are making it perfectly clear she isn't performing, but she's still going to be there
On Miley's commercial last year it also said she was doing a special appearance instead of performing. Maybe she'll join a performer or do something like the Russell Brand introduction? One can dream.
