Up! is such a cleverly thought-out approach to mixing pop and country. It's a perfect hybrid.
Yes! Shania straddled the fence between pop and country like a pro. This is bubblegum pop ala 2000. IT would've fit right it on Brit's and Christina's first album.
EDIT: I just saw that Max Martin did the majority of her album...Oh God.
Extremely bad song (specially considering Max Martin and Shellback produced it) , cute video though!
I thought she was coming for her "Since U Been Gone".. Oh well
No offense, but do people legitimately like this? I am a huge Taylor fan and all, but this just sounds messy and, I just hope this isn't how the whole album is. She is really changing her style and everything & she looks great tbh. But I really hope her album isn't like this song/video.
Back when she released TDOMG I was secretly stanning. Than our song and picture to burn were my life. I wanted to pretend to not like her cause she was country. She slayed me with red and she did it again.

It's lighthearted, fun, and very catchy. I don't really understand what's there to dislike.

It sounds absolutely nothing like Britney or Christina's first album.
