It had much more to do with her make-up and the terrible wigs. Every time she was on point (or at least partially) with those, she looked perfect and hot as hell.
Bad wigs or make up have nothing to do with a bad outfit, if it's bad it's bad. If it wasn't horrible but this one's much better
