I don't think Ari was pushed anywhere nearly as much as she could have. With Carly, she was everywhere but I hadn't heard of Ari until a few months ago.
Either way, Ari is still here and Carly isn't which is why she's referred to as a flop despite selling what she did. |

CMM still sold more than Ari's discography (YT is better than Kiss though)
