Honestly, I don't think I have a problem with 360 deals yet. The reason Katy is continuing to perform so well though is partially due to Capitol so I don't blame you for being happy that she doesn't have one. She's very old-school in that respect, which I actually applaud.

The reason I'm most happy is because they don't touch her publishing and royalties(which she gets a lot of considering her singles and her songwriting credits) and they don't get a penny from her tour.
Now that she's capable of pulling in 200M+ on tour is really where her classic-style contract comes in handy.

I think that they need to change up the way physical copies are displayed. Most people view music as just a download these days instead of something you hold in your hand. A cool packaging for someone as big as Taylor would be pretty big I think.

I dunno why these girls keep putting out full albums. Shorter EPs with good singles and a lower price would work wonders for their sales.

I don't want physical copies to totally pass out (it had already happened to singles sans Germany/UK and some Walmart exclusives). A good package could be great
