I talked to a friend who has worked at venues and she said that the most likely reason for there not being catwalks is because the some stadiums don't have solid ground for the catwalks to be placed upon. She said that because the catwalks probably weigh a couple thousand pounds, they could possibly damage the venue's soft/grass ground and possibly be a danger to those because they could possibly collapse under the weight.
Odds are if they could use the catwalks, they would have constructed custom lighting rigs and would have used the catwalks.

Has anyone noticed that her makeup is always different in different continents? Like for the Asian leg of the BTWB, she donned this heavy alien makeup with lots of contouring and stuff, then she sort of toned it down for Oceania - and then the look completely changed in Europe and by the time she got to NA it was sort of just normal stage makeup.

Plus the stage she has indoors is specially made with the right height since the catwalks are very high. She'd have to get that outdoors stage custom made as well to accomodate the catwalks.
