Jennifer Hudson's album was released THIS YEAR, which means she will have an amazing end of 2008 and beginning of 2009. Plus she was 2 amazing movies being "SITC" and "TSLOB". So she is very influential. Natasha's sales arent doing good but the album is amazing. Lil Mama's album was AMAZING. Her sales were horrible because money was spend on videos and not spent on ANY promotion. Ashanti released an amazing album. Best album she ever made, but she didn't promote much. Chris Brown, he should be on there.

Her album is the TOP female selling album this year, her NEW album, its already looking to hit 600,000 and be the TOP SELLING female first week this year, her singles have dominated the Billboard Hot 100 and iTunes, if ANYONE deserves to be on that list this year, it's TAYLOR SWIFT

Can you act in a civilized manner? That's my own personal opinion, everyone's entitled to their own.... but personally, I believe that Katy Perry has creative songs..... I don't think the same of the Jonas Brothers. I mean "When You Look Me In The Eyes" has to be one of the most boring songs I've ever heard.

I like Katy Perry, I think she has potential... 'I Kissed A Girl'.... You don't hear that kind of song too often....

That doesn't mean they're not one of the most influential musicians of the year. They're basically the front runners for this whole tween angst thing going on with Disney pop this year. Katy Perry isn't exactly original either but she's still had an impact.
