The M-Train (aka, Meghan Trainor, to borrow her self-appointed handle) keeps on rollin', as "All About That Bass" blasts 8-4 on the Hot 100 and is the new No. 1 (2-1) on Digital Songs. It tops the latter chart with a 17 percent jump to 197,000 sold, good for top Digital Gainer honors for a fourth straight week. How notable is that streak? "Bass" is the first song to earn the award for four consecutive weeks since digital sales began contributing to the Hot 100 in February 2005. Prior to the digital era, the Hot 100 bestowed a top "Sales Gainer" honor (powered by physical singles' increases), and the last time a song took that title for four weeks in a row was more than 10 years ago: JoJo's fellow debut hit "Leave (Get Out)" in May 2004. (Must be something special in the Massachusetts air: JoJo, while born in Vermont, was raised in Foxborough, Mass. Trainor is from the state's island of Nantucket.) Sales account for the majority (55 percent) of the Hot 100 chart points for "Bass," but it's surging across-the-board, also claiming top Streaming Gainer kudos for a second straight week and leaping 13-5 on Streaming Songs (6.2 million, up 47 percent). It debuts on Radio Songs at No. 45, up by 59 percent to 29 million.

She won't be #1 next week, but she's steady growing in downloads, airplay and streaming. She'll be #3 next week without any problems.
She's definitely going number 1 in the coming weeks but everyone's saying next week and that's just not possible.
I was always keeping it realistically. Last week I wanted her to enter the top 10 and this week the top 5. I hope she can shore that #1 for at least one week.
