"Music video" could just mean a lyric video. WANEGBT had a lyric video uploaded very quickly after the release.

The WANEGBT video was probably her most expensive video to date. Single take videos require very long shoots. Add in the large studio, costumes, props, extras, camera rental (I'm betting more than usual because they used brand new state of the art 4K cameras), and the cost and time of blocking the whole thing and the price is likely huge.
