Nah. Rihanna had moments close-to-CFDA-calbur before her big moment whereas Katy has honestly never had anything close to a moment like that. Like, I'm not even trolling here - she's looked nice on red carpets in the past, but nothing to really stick out. Taylor is similar in that respect.

My point was Katy doesn't cling to two designers and she certainly has the capability to pull off a fashion moment.
Proof that whoever this was really wasn't as impactful as y'all are making her seem because if she was she would transcend all boundaries and be recognizable to everyone.
