It may be true, and it even makes sense, but I don't think this was or will ever be 100% confirmed.
I would just like to say that it was confirmed. It was originally scheduled for a fourth single release, but after they abandoned it, they agreed to put the song on the new album. Although, I don't know what was the point of it?

Well Circus has leaked but is password protected and people are trying to crack it. The file size and everything looks real, but we need a password, to see if its real.
probably fake.... i'd rather it leak only a few days before the album and maintain the hype.... trying to remember, when did the blackout tracks start leaking? We're just about 2 weeks from Circus, and I know that Blackout tracks had to have started leaking long before 2 weeks prior to the album
