The new rule states that an artist can be nominated as long as the artist hasn't released an entire album and doesn't win.
Is it just me or gets Banks' voice more confident and stronger with each song she releases? She settled with a coy and vulnerable personality for her songs on the London EP but Brain & BFT feel so much more emancipated and somehow detached from any rules. Like she doesn't give a ****. What a woman.

I'd only say no because it's lost a ton of momentum for it. It really faded away early February tbh.
