Oh. Do you have an iPhone? I know you can still update your primary avatar from iPhones...

If you do, save the image to your phone by holding it down until the "save to camera roll" option appears. Then go to "edit avatar." Select "choose file" and it will give you the options "take photo or video" and "choose existing." Select the second option. It will take you to the camera roll, where you'll find the photo you saved to your phone. After selecting the image, click "update primary avatar" and you'll be all set! Again, be sure to leave the HQ avatar field empty.

I know I can do this, but it always comes out blurry . Last time I had someone edit the size with the link so I just copied and pasted that into the HQ avi section.
