The thing behind Banks is obviously the attempt to make her the unknown/mysterious girl out of that came out of the blue and that no one knows about, kinda like Lana (we're still not 100% sure what happened pre-2006) but as time passes short pieces of their biography get revealed and unleash a new stage of their career or simply gives them press. Lol that's because she doesn't care for any of that. Its why her manager runs her social media accounts because she's just focusing on her music. She's also VERY shy so actually prefers to stay behind the proverbial showbiz curtain. Most, if not all, of her songs are autobiographical in that they explain her parents' divorce, regular domestics, her past relationships etc.
She won't have any damning **** coming out the crevices because there is nothing to come out. I guess the reason you don't care for her is simply because she is too open, and a part of you wishes for that sensationalism, that scandal that will give her much more of an appeal i guess.
